Vulcan 24" OD × 20" Sonic Loop Turret Coiler Winder with Automatic Cut & Transfer – BRAND NEW

The Sonic Loop Turret Coiler is a two-spindle turret-type winding system designed for continuous, virtually tensionless coiling of extruded profiles.

The extrudate is fed to the coiler through an ultrasonic sensing dancer system, which monitors the position of the extrudate loop and automatically adjusts the speed of the servo-driven winding spindles. This provides smooth, controlled winding while minimizing tension on the extruded product.

The unit is equipped with an automatic cut-and-transfer system, allowing the product to be rapidly transferred from the full reel to a new empty reel without interrupting the coiling process.
