2. BODY
FRONT WALL: The front wall is made of heavy-duty aluminum plank profiles.
INTERNAL SEALING BETWEEN FLOOR AND FRONT WALL: Fixed sealing between floor and front wall using aluminum profile and PVC gasket.

SIDE WALLS: Inner and outer surfaces smooth. Double-walled side wall profiles, 600 mm wide - 30 mm thick - 3 mm inside - 2 mm outside (grain specification). Side wall profiles are fully welded on the inside.

WEAR PLATE: Aluminum wear plate, rectangular, inside rear, 2000 (L) x 1500 (H) x 4 mm.

MOVING FLOOR SYSTEM: CARGO FLOOR CF 500 SL-C, electric control. 21-board floor system. Drive unit consists of 3 double-acting hydraulic cylinders with 200 mm stroke. Rear end plate in stainless steel.

FLOOR SYSTEM OPERATION: Electric control with radio remote (genuine Cargo Floor). Loading - stop - unloading via switch. Manual emergency operation using unique red Cargo rotary knob.

MOVING FLOOR FRAME: Frame for wheelbase 7,850 mm. 21 floor boards.
