Schon 6100B CE Bridge Cutting Machine

A hydraulic press with a front/rear driving hammer designed to cut various types of material from a die (leather, foam, cork, etc.)

Very fast and powerful - the machine is maintenance-free during operation (we are only interested in the tool and the material being cut)

The machine is equipped with a clear, 3-language touch panel (Polish, English, German) in which we have such functions as:

- reading the "0" point of the tool

- automatic / manual operation

- cycle counter

- machine error diagnostics

The machine is in perfect technical condition after general renovation, which includes:

- replacement of all seals

- replacement of all bearings and rollers

- inspection of the hydraulic and mechanical system

- completely redesigned and re-made machine electrical system with protective barriers, safety relays and PLC panel

- painting and maintenance

We attach the manufacturer's factory documentation, electrical diagram of the new electrical installation, CE declaration to the machine
