Robino & Galandrino RECORD 10000

Used ROBINO & GALANDRINO RECORD 10000 wirehooder machineTechnical Specifications & Performance DataThe Robino & Galandrino RECORD 10000 is a wirehooder designed for the application of wire cages on bottles used in sparkling wine and champagne-style beverage production. Built in 2017, this industrial packaging machine supports the final closure stage after cork insertion, securing the cork with a correctly applied wire cage.Manufacturer: Robino & GalandrinoModel: RECORD 10000Machine type: WirehooderYear of manufacture: 2017Electrical supply: 400 V, 3-phaseFrequency: 50 HzCurrent marking: 6 AElectrical diagram: REC377Advanced Automation & Control SystemsThis wirehooding machine is configured for industrial bottle handling and cage application. Its three-phase 400 V electrical supply is suited to integration within an automated bottling and industrial packaging environment. The machine can be incorporated into coordinated line controls and bottle conveying systems according to the requirements of the existing production line.Production Line Integration CapabilitiesThe RECORD 10000 wirehooder is intended for installation in sparkling wine bottling operations, typically downstream of corking and upstream of final inspection, labeling or secondary packaging. A machine of this type can operate as part of a used bottling line handling glass bottles, where accurate positioning and tightening of the wire cage are essential for reliable cork retention. Its role in beverage production is particularly relevant for sparkling wine and champagne-style products, where the wirehood provides mechanical security around the cork during storage, transport and distribution. Integration should be coordinated with upstream corking equipment and downstream bottle transfer conveyors.Machine Condition & Maintenance HistoryThis second hand Robino & Galandrino wirehooder was manufactured in 2017. Its data plate identifies the machine as RECORD 10000 and provides the electrical supply details required for preliminary technical evaluation. Inspection of mechanical assemblies, wire cage feeding components, bottle guides, electrical equipment and safety devices is recommended before commissioning in a bottling equipment installation.Operational Performance & VersatilityWirehooding machinery applies and secures metal wire cages around corked bottles, supporting consistent closure quality for pressure-sensitive sparkling beverage applications. The process helps maintain cork retention and packaging integrity through subsequent labeling, packing, palletizing and distribution stages. For industrial packaging and beverage production, correct synchronization with bottle conveyors and the preceding corking process is important. Format parts and bottle-handling adjustments should be assessed according to the glass bottle dimensions, cork type and wire cage specification used by the intended production line.Installation Requirements & Site PreparationInstallation requires a 400 V, three-phase, 50 Hz electrical connection. The site should provide...
