This is an UltraVent hood from the premium manufacturer Rational, type UV 201/E, suitable for the combination steam ovens SCC, CMP 201 from 10.2011 to the current model series (index H and I), including the connection kit. The hood has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

This UltraVent hood features patented condensation technology, which captures and removes vapors and fumes. Complex measures for exhaust air installations are a thing of the past.
