This is an SCC 61 WE Electric Combi-Steamer from the premium manufacturer Rational. This combi-steamer accommodates 6 x 1/1 GN containers. In automatic mode, the unit independently determines the ideal cooking process for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing), detecting the size of the food, the loading quantity, and the product-specific requirements. The unit has undergone a recent inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional, provided with a 6-month warranty.

The pictured stand is not included in the offer but can be purchased as an optional extra.
