This listing features the latest generation of the VarioCooking Center, the iVario Pro XL 150-litre from premium manufacturer Rational (successor to the VCC 311). This multifunction tilting skillet is equipped with the pressure cooking option and Balanced Power 34 kW (instead of 41 kW, reduced connected load). The unit has been inspected in our in-house workshop, received a fresh inspection, and is fully functional.

Accessories for the iVario XL can be purchased separately for an additional fee upon request.
