Rational CM 101

This is a combination steamer, model CM 101, from the premium manufacturer Rational, featuring 8 x 1/1 gastronorm trays in an electric version. This allows you to load the unit with deeper GN containers per tray. (It can also be retrofitted with a 10-tray rack.) Manufactured in 2019.

The unit has undergone a comprehensive inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

The base pictured is not included in the offer but can be purchased separately as an option.
