PNEUMATICO ST-1400

The ST-1400 universal manual pallet dismantling table is the simplest and most affordable version of a pallet dismantling station, designed for start-up companies or small manufacturers who do not yet require automation.

It is a fully manual workbench with manually extendable "combs" for supporting and positioning the horizontal boards. It allows working with pallets with a maximum length of 1400 mm and a working height of up to 1200 mm.

Unlike more advanced systems, the Pneumatico ST-1400 does not have pneumatics or automatic clamping devices – all operations are performed manually, which significantly reduces the purchase and maintenance costs, but at the same time means a basic level of equipment, simpler than semi-automatic industrial tables.

This solution is particularly well-suited for the production of disposable pallets and for less demanding customers, where low production costs and fast, uncomplicated production are key.

It is an ideal choice for small workshops and small-batch production, where simplicity, flexibility, and low initial investment are important.
