PMH Compounder DS25-32LD, with co-rotating, segmented twin screws ("good as new")

The machine is designed with an 11 kW three-phase drive and a distribution gearbox for
95 Nm at 400 rpm.
The mounted safety coupling is combined with a cut-off contact in case of overload.
The maximum permissible melt pressure is 150 bar and is monitored by a pressure sensor.

Individual housings allow you to configure the machine flexibly according to your requirements.
The segmented screws with a diameter of 25 mm are designed in the standard version with
several kneading zones and a decompression zone (atmospheric degassing).
A blind cover for the decompression zone is included in the scope of delivery.
Ceramic heaters with thermal sensors and cooling fans control the temperature.
A stainless steel funnel is mounted on the filling opening.

The electrical control system is integrated into the machine frame.
All heating zones are switched contactlessly via solid-state relays.
A swivelling touch panel is available for user-friendly operation.

The head plate is equipped with a mass pressure sensor.
The mass pressure monitoring system switches off the drive when the set
maximum mass pressure is exceeded.
