Used stainless steel contact parts horizontal hammer mill by Pallmann (Germany) type PHM 600-350. The mill has internal dimensions of the milling chamber: length 600 mm x width 350 mm. The top of the milling chamber is manually raised. At the bottom, the mill has a discharge outlet through the screen. At the top of the milling chamber, a static knife is installed for grinding the product. The rotor has a diameter of 500 mm x width 345 mm. On the rotor, there are 24 rows with hammers; each row consists of 4 hammers. The total number of hammers is 96. The rotor and hammers are made of stainless steel. The rotor is belt-driven by an electric motor 75 kW, 2975 rpm, 380/660 V, 50 Hz. The mill has a side feeding inlet with dimensions 350 mm x 265 mm. The product is moved into the milling chamber through three screws. The screws are driven by an electric motor 0.55 kW, 2800 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 Hz, and a variable speed gearbox with manual adjustment of output rotation. The mill is equipped with an electrical cabinet, belt cover, and a set of screens (6 pcs).
