Includes:
* Heat exchanger: 6.10 m x 0.50 m x 2.40 m (L×W×H)
* Oil filter: 1.25 m x 1.14 m x 1.05 m
* Cylindrical filter: Diameter: 40 cm x 60 cm High
* 2 Centrifugal pumps: 1.04 m x 0.40 m x 0.67 m
* Control panel: 1.10 m x 0.50 m x 1.95 m

Operation:
Press the transfer pump switch so as to fill the machine with the frying oil.
Once you reached the level that the rotary filter indicates, you have to start the recirculating oil pump, the rotatory filter, the lumps collector helicoid and the upper and lower conveyors.
At this point, select the frying temperature which will depend on the product to fry.
By reaching the selected temperature, you will be able to start the run switch of the blowers located in the extractor hoods.
