Mawera SST – Push Rod Hydraulic Discharge System
1. System Description
The Mawera SST two-beam hydraulic discharge system is used for the uniform and continuous discharge of wood chips from a rectangular fuel silo.
The discharge shovels transport the material through alternating hydraulic lifting movements to feed the heating boiler, thus ensuring a consistent fuel supply.

Shovel depth: 250 mm
Shovel height: 70 mm

Hydraulic drive with 2 hydraulic cylinders

Automatic, alternating lifting control, synchronized with the boiler control system

Material discharge into a central collection channel
Further transport by means of a screw conveyor or chain conveyor

Industrial floor in MONO-FINISH quality with a levelness tolerance of ±5 mm
Foundation plates, floor openings, and cladding to be provided by the customer
Sufficient service access for the hydraulic unit must be ensured

Consistent fuel feed for stable 24/7 continuous operation
Low maintenance effort
The system is disassembled and ready for loading onto the truck.
The discharge system does not require special transport because:
the discharge beams can be divided into segments of 6.3 m in length,
the transport width is significantly less than 4.24 m, as the beams are removed individually,
the discharge shovels can be removed,
transport is possible with a standard semi-trailer.
