Complete, fully functional potato processing line consisting of the following components:

- Hopper with bottom conveyor for approximately 2 tons of potatoes
- Elevator belt for supplying the washing drum, stainless steel
- Washing or peeling machine Dornow 35kg, automatic program, stainless steel
- Sorting table, approx. 2.5 meters long, stainless steel
- Feed hopper elevator with water, stainless steel (new belt)

- Marcellissen french fry cutter, max 500kg/hour (new blades)
- Axial french fry sorter, stainless steel
- Elevator belt, stainless steel
- Weighing system, digitally adjustable, stainless steel (new drives, weighing cell, and indicator)
- Henkovac vacuum packaging machine, stainless steel (new sealing parts)

This system was completely overhauled and prepared for production in 2022. The individual components are coordinated and switch on or off automatically during the process.

Potatoes are fed into the system unwashed and come out vacuum-packed. You can choose between washing and peeling.

The total capacity is a maximum of approximately 500kg per hour.
