MANZINI thermo-physical vacuum peeler with a feeder, designed for the continuous industrial peeling of large volumes of fruits and vegetables through thermal treatment and subsequent vacuum action.
The system is designed for high-capacity lines and allows for thermal conditioning of the product surface to facilitate skin removal. The subsequent application of vacuum causes a rapid pressure change that promotes the separation of the skin from the pulp.
With an indicated capacity of up to 32 tons/hour, it is a high-performance solution for large tomato processing plants and other vegetable products compatible with this process.

PROCESS
The product is transported via the feeder to the treatment section, where it is subjected to the necessary thermal conditions to act on the surface layers.
Next, the product passes through a decompression / vacuum stage, generating a rapid pressure change that helps to detach the skin from the pulp.
After the thermo-physical treatment, the product can be transferred to subsequent equipment designed to remove the detached skins and continue with the following stages of the process.
