A complete system is for sale:
Consisting of:
- Niko stainless steel vertical elevator
- 3 head weighers on a stainless steel platform
- Piston dosing unit
- 1 x 1000-liter stainless steel tub with agitator
- 1 x 1000-liter stainless steel tub storage container
- V2A tub, flow-wrapping machine
- V2A belt conveyor
The system was used to fill various products into small 500g bags. The previous operator placed great emphasis on maintenance and an extensive spare parts inventory. All of these spare parts are also included with the system.
It is possible to add a liquid to the product via a piston filler (in this case, it was 1% salt water).
The machine was last used until March 27, 2025. On March 30, 2025, we dismantled it and moved it to one of our machine warehouses. We'll be reassembling it here over the next 3-4 weeks. Before we assemble the system, various cleaning and overhaul work (service) will be performed on the individual components. The platform and other components will be blasted with glass beads before assembly.

The system is expected to be fully reassembled by May 5, 2025, and can be inspected by appointment.

It is also possible to test and adjust the system with your product.

Extensive modifications to the system are also possible, but will be charged for.
