This automatic palletizing system with KUKA robots, models KR 120 R3200 PA and KR 30-3, including the option to purchase the associated conveyor belt system, will be auctioned online on our RESTLOS auction platform as part of our industrial auction "Liquidation of a well-known toy manufacturer - industrial plants - packaging system - sorting system".

Also offered in this auction: extrusion technology, a fully automatic shuttle system for pallet buffering, and other storage technology.

System description:

Please refer to the mechanical component documentation. In the palletizing system, the packages are automatically palletized onto Europallets using robotic technology. Stacking is performed according to a predefined pattern, ensuring optimal utilization of the pallet area and high stability of the load units.
Once a pallet is fully loaded, it is automatically conveyed out of the palletizing area via an attached Europallet conveyor belt and prepared for further logistics.

On the first floor, there are several infeed belts that automatically produce cartons or boxes from individual components. The finished packages are then transported via a conveyor belt system to the lower level of the palletizing system. Note: the infeed roller conveyor system is not included in this lot. However, you have the option to submit a bid for this in a closed-bid procedure if you are interested.

A shuttle storage system suitable for the system is not part of this auction lot but is offered as a separate lot (Lot No. 4) in the same auction.
Functionality not tested, but was in use until recently.
ATTENTION: mobile small peripheral equipment (including ladders) is not included in this lot. Please contact us before submitting a bid if you have any uncertainties regarding the scope of supply. We strongly recommend inspecting the lot!
