Overview  This isobarometric bottle filler was manufactured in 2012 by German company KRONES. The MODULFILL ISO is equipped with 144 filling valves and 24 closing heads (pitch 95 mm). The machine was operated on 330 ml bottles at 43,200 bph and is designed for up to 50,000 bph on this format. The filler is still installed with energy disconnected, stopped since September 2025, and can be visited on request. The machine has 48,121 operating hours. Regular maintenance was performed (two overhauls per year), with the last overhaul in week 4/2025. No upgrades were made apart from replacing obsolete parts.
