Automatic Lifting System for Circular Pallets

The automatic lifting system is designed for transporting and stacking empty and loaded customer-specific pallets (note the automatic lifting system mounting).

Lifting System
The lifting system is integrated into the two main beams and consists of four hydraulic cylinders and eight flyer chains. The synchronization of the four lifting lines is hydraulic and monitored by sensors.

Travel Beam
The travel beams also contain the travel units and drive motors. The travel unit is guided along the crane runway via horizontal roller guides.

Technical Platform:
The central hydraulic unit and the main cabinet of the automatic lifting system are located on the platform.

Crossbeam:
The crossbeam is used to hold the pallet. It is used to grip, lower, lift, and transport pallets. Four hydraulically operated grippers are located on the crossbeam. The grippers engage automatically.
