The semi-automatic filler is the perfect solution for small companies that produce up to 5000 bag-in-boxes per year.

The system is equipped with: an electromagnetic flow sensor; an electronic control panel - for programming the filling quantity (minimum 1 liter) and - for performing the calibration; and a self-priming pump with a EURO 20 rubber impeller.

At the beginning and at the end of the cycle, the vacuum should be controlled by the user and the injection of nitrogen should be managed by means of two manual pulsar valves. The valve is opened and closed using the two stainless steel tools supplied as standard. Drip collector buffer is included in the scope of delivery. The inox holder of Bags has an adjustable height and can be removed. The user selects the desired filling quantity and turns the switch on so that the filling cycle can begin. The filler performs a complete cycle: Opening the valve / Starting the pump / Stopping the pump / Closing the valve.
