Machine is fully controlled by PLC, almost all settings can be adjusted on the control panel, no defects, well-maintained machine used with expertise.

Leuco Z3 jointing cutter installed, a second set of cutters is available, various indexable inserts are available.

Maximum panel thickness approx. 48 mm, edge banding from 0.3 - 15 mm possible.

Chain conveyor renewed approx. 10 years ago.

Spray system for separating and cleaning agents, controlled by the application.

-Jointing fence, motor-driven, program-controlled.
-Jointing cutters 1961, 2 x 2.0 kW.
-Gluing system, cartridge type 1906, with sensing nozzle (important), cartridge magazine for 4 cartridges, color change easily possible, PU also possible.
-Pressure unit 1903 MOT, pressure of the first and other rollers can be adjusted separately.
-Miter saws 1918, bevel cut adjustable.
-Flush trimming 1823.
-Radius trimming 1942 MOT (one axis motor-adjustable for 1 and 2 mm edges, selectable on the control panel).
-Profile cutting blade 2 mm 1929, pneumatically timed.
-Corner copying unit 1983, carbide tipped, with adjustment on the control panel, functional, but needs further fine-tuning.
-Straight cutting blade 1964.
-Swivel unit, controlled by the application.

Includes all operating manuals, documentation of the operating points digitally and in printed form by Holzher technicians.

A set of DIA jointing cutters is also included, as well as various indexable inserts for the cutting units.

Easily adjustable from the front control panel, with a rotating device for parts.
Adjusted to the feed rate, sensors still available from HOMAG.
