1. Walk-in cleaning booth, pretreatment for steel and aluminum
The cleaning booth is designed for automatic cleaning, using medium pressure spraying. The booth contains 7 different spray tanks. The maximum part dimensions are L = 6000 mm, W = 2000 mm, H = 2300 mm.

1. Process Degreasing/Neutral etching

3. Process Rinse 1
Rinsing with ambient temperature in this chamber, time = 0.75-1.5 minutes, draining time = 1 minute

4. Process Rinse 2
Rinsing with ambient temperature in this chamber, time = 0.75-1.5 minutes, draining time = 45 seconds.

5. Process Rinse 3
Rinsing with ambient temperature in this chamber, time = 0.75-1.5 minutes, draining time = 45 seconds

6. Process Nano-ceramic coating
This process uses ambient temperature, time = 0.75-1.5 minutes, draining time = 60 seconds

7. Process Overhead spray ring for post-rinsing after process 6

8. Process Passivation, no-rinse for aluminum
Rinsing with ambient temperature in this chamber, time = 2-3 minutes, draining time = 1-2 minutes

1.2 Oil skimmer
Tank No. 1 is equipped with an oil skimmer “UniSkim-21-100”.

Design:
The spray system is in 2 parts and is movable, and is moved up to 500 mm via a pneumatic sliding system.
The return feed to the tanks is also movable via a pneumatic sliding system with 7 positions, designed to serve the 7 tanks.
