Stop building makeshift welding tents on site. This compact 10-foot welding station (SST 10 / 500) is a self-contained, ready-to-use production cell for demanding PE/PP pipeline construction. Plastic weld seams do not tolerate drafts or moisture—this container guarantees consistent, standard-compliant environmental conditions and complete documentation.

Your advantages in pipe handling:
The bottleneck on site is the handling. This station is uncompromisingly designed for ergonomic efficiency. Pipe sections are passed directly through the container using the 800x800 mm end-side pipe doors (with integrated brush seals). The built-in 1,000 kg lifting table, mobile pipe lifters, and an electric chain hoist make handling pipes up to OD 450 mm an efficient one-person job. Plug & Play: Connect power and start welding.
