ClipEx sheep casings and pork casings: The device can seal a sausage string at the twist-off point, creating two sealed ends. This is particularly interesting for companies that use the new welded long natural casings. Here, the filled sausage strings must be cut to the desired length.

The new control system of the ClipEx CXC casing sealing tongs features an alphanumeric display. The sealing time and working temperature can now be preselected individually for each casing. The new control system now offers the option of saving individual parameters in a sealing program with product names. The mobile device can be used on the filling table with a table holder or on hanging lines. A floor rail for horizontal movement has also been designed for operation on hanging lines. When used on hanging lines, the empty casing portion can be saved. The device is also optionally available with foot control. A specially manufactured stainless steel foot switch ensures the user has both hands free.

The user saves the high costs of the clips. The time-consuming removal of clips and the risk of forgotten clips are eliminated.
