1 x Foodtools Inc. high-speed duplex slicer supplied with various sized tooling. This industrial food and baked goods slicer utilises a titanium ultrasonic blade to slice round cake porducts. Ultrasonic slicing allows very sticky products to be sliced cleanly and without damage. This machine will portion a variety of frozen or chilled products such as cheesecakes, tray bakes, frozen desserts, sticky/bakery products, and more.
