Loading area: Extendable loading area with pneumatically operated locking mechanism. 2 pairs of lashing rings, lying (LC 5,000 daN). 1 pair of lashing rings in the neck (LC 10,000 daN). 6 pairs of lashing rings, foldable outward (LC 5,000 daN). 3 pairs of lashing rings, foldable outward (LC 10,000 daN). Recesses in the outer frame of the loading area for attaching tension straps (LC 2,000 daN).
Fifth wheel supports: JOST fifth wheel supports (mechanical) with a 2-speed gearbox for an approximate lifting capacity of 24 tons (approximate test load of 50 tons).
Axles: BPW axles, hydro-mechanically steered. Air suspension with raising and lowering valve.
Tires: Tires 235/75 R17.5 3PMSF - manufacturer of our choice.
TPMS: TPMS tire pressure monitoring system according to ECE R 141.
Braking system: Wabco braking system according to EU regulations with EBS-E (2S2M).
Steel construction: Steel construction made of high-strength fine-grained steels. Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa), S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa).
Painting: Complete steel construction is automatically blasted with a shot-blasting system after welding. Second blasting with corundum for optimal adhesion of the coating system. HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminum) to ensure the best corrosion protection. Final coating with 2 layers of 2K topcoat, solid color in RAL 3002 carmine red, according to the RAL 841GL system. Rear part is metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white). Rims in silver gray. Paint structure tested in a salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS. Sealing of cavities with special wax.
Electrical system: Electrical system according to EU regulations, LED lighting 24 volts ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3). All LED side marker lights flash with the turn signal. ASPÖCK-UNIBOX on the connection strip at the front with 24N, 24S & 15-pin sockets. Connection according to ISO. 24N ISO-1185, 24S ISO-3731, 15-pin ISO-12098.
