- Second blast treatment with corundum for optimum coating adhesion
- HRM metallisation of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminium) for best corrosion protection
- Final painting with 2 layers of 2K topcoat, single colour in RAL 3002 Carmine Red according to RAL system 841GL
- Rear section metallised and painted in RAL 9010 (Pure White)
- Paint build-up tested in salt spray test in accordance with ISO 9227-NSS
- Sealing of cavities with special wax
- Metallic paintwork not possible
