Autoclaves are used for the sterilization of packaged products that need to reach high temperatures (+100ºC) for the elimination or inactivation of pathogenic microorganisms.

Static autoclaves: they are suitable for any format and are used for food packaged in cans, jars and other flexible materials.

AUTOCLAVE CHARACTERISTICS:
- Incorporates sterilization system by means of recirculating water with heating and cooling.
- Water distribution by spray.
- 1 bayonet-type quick-closing door with adjustment sensors and safety lock.
- Thermal insulation of 60 mm thick fiberglass blanket covered with stainless steel.
