A complete industrial grinding and micronization system manufactured in 2019 by Desintegraator Tootmise OÜ, Estonia. The system is designed for high-speed fine grinding of dry, powdery and granular materials to produce fine powders.

Applications

The DESI-14 is designed for fine grinding and micronization of a wide range of suitable materials, including mineral, synthetic, organic and biological materials. It is intended for industrial applications where particle-size reduction and fine powder production are required. Suitability and achievable fineness depend on the properties of the material and the operating conditions.

The integrated production line includes material feeding, a high-speed impact disintegrator, cyclone separation, automatic air filtration, product conveying and big-bag discharge.

Documented Factory Test Performance

According to the manufacturer's technical documentation, the system was tested with calcium carbonate (CaCO₃), achieving a throughput of 1,000 kg/h, with 92% of the final product below 30 μm.

The test used feed material below 100 μm with 2% moisture. Actual performance depends on the material being processed, its characteristics and the required final fineness.
