DEBAG Monsun S5 - 800

Debag Monsun S5/800 rack oven for one 60/80 cm rack trolley each, with Monsun Pro 100 control system, built in October 2014, in operational ‘bakery condition’; the ovens were in daily use until the end of March 2026.

The ovens operate using the patented Debag Monsun principle (without rotation of the rack trolley) for an outstanding baking atmosphere and first-class baking results. Minimal space requirements, high loading density and rich steam.

There are a total of 3 identical ovens, as well as approx. 30 rack trolleys, each with 18 levels, suitable for the ovens. Sale as a package would be preferred; an attractive package price is possible.

The ovens can be loaded in one piece without dismantling! A roller door approx. 280 cm wide and 250 cm high is available.

The buyer is responsible for organising the unloading and loading.
