CORMAK JDSA Cordless Strapping Tool
The CORMAK JDSA is a portable electric strapping tool designed for securing parcels, cardboard boxes, bulk packaging, and palletized loads. The device is compatible with polyester PET straps with widths ranging from 13 to 16 mm and thicknesses from 0.7 to 1.2 mm.
The JDSA model is a handheld, battery-powered strapping tool that the operator positions directly on the strap. The device tensions the strap, joins its ends using friction welding, and then cuts off the excess material. The strapping process does not require any additional metal or plastic seals.

Adjustable Tensioning Force for Different Types of Loads
The adjustable tensioning force, ranging from 900 to 3200 N, allows the strap tension to be adapted to the type of product being secured. The device combines the functions of a strap tensioner, a friction welding unit, and a cutting mechanism.
Lower tension settings can be used for cardboard boxes and packaging that are susceptible to deformation. Higher settings provide greater tensioning force when securing heavier and more durable loads.
Properly adjusted tensioning force helps stabilize goods and minimize their movement during handling, storage, and transportation.
