System Overview
Complete modular chamber furnace system for batch homogenising of aluminium extrusion billets, electrically heated with jet-heating, waste-heat recovery, and full automation. CE-certified (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG).
Scope of supply:

1× Preheating furnace (BSN 1607) — electric, jet-heating
2× Holding furnaces (BSN 1608, 1609) — electric, forced air circulation
2× Heat-exchanger furnaces (BSN 1610, 1611) — unheated, forced air circulation
1× Charging machine (BSN 1612) — electric/hydraulic
12× Charging racks (BSN 1614)

Pusher thermocouples for direct billet temperature measurement
