In the mid-1990s, I began my career at one of the leading manufacturers of machine tools in the field of grinding, learning this technology from the ground up.

Over the years, my responsibilities included both the organization and execution of machining trials on a wide variety of customer workpieces and materials (e.g., hard and soft steel, stainless steel, carbide, aluminum, bronze, ceramics), including items such as engine or gearbox shafts, chucks, tool holders, dies (stamping tools), machine spindles, and more. I was also involved in testing new machining processes such as hard turning and high-speed grinding using CBN technology, accompanied by corresponding technology comparisons and evaluations.

My subsequent role with a globally leading manufacturer of machining centers and EDM machines further broadened my professional expertise.
