Multi-head embroidery machine by ZSK (8-head, 12-needle model) is an industrial classic, renowned for German precision and legendary durability. The machine is regularly maintained, lubricated, and oiled during operation.

The set is equipped for full production versatility – from embroidering details on cut pieces to finishing ready-made products.
- Cap embroidery system: Complete kit including cap drives, holders, and cap frames (so-called cap rings). Allows for wide-area embroidery, essential for manufacturing baseball or snapback hats.

- Hoop set for finished garments: A full set of circular and rectangular hoops in various sizes. Enables stable hooping and direct embroidery on t-shirts, sweatshirts, fleece jackets, or coats.
- Badge/patch frame: Special frame allowing use of the full working area of the machine. Perfect for mass production of patches, emblems, or embroidery on large fabric pieces (cut-outs, towels).

Production capabilities include:

1. Cap embroidery
The kit includes specialized drives and accessories for caps. This enables wide-angle embroidery (known as 270-degree embroidery), which is essential for decorating, for example, baseball caps with wide designs.

2. Finished garment embroidery
The hoop set (round and square) allows for quick hooping of t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, or bags. The ZSK arm system is very narrow, making it possible to embroider in hard-to-reach areas such as wider sleeves or pant legs.

3. Roll-to-roll embroidery and patch production
The included frame enables use of the machine’s full workspace, making it ideal for large-scale patch production or embroidering large logos on the back of workwear.
