This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages arising from liability for material defects based on grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the seller or their agents, as well as for injury to life, body, or health. Any existing claims against third parties for material defects liability will be assigned to the buyer.

Please understand that I cannot accept any liability for your compliance with any applicable or generally required safety regulations for the sold machine or its components. Ensuring compliance with such safety regulations is the responsibility of the end user.

All contracts concluded with me are exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding UN sales law. Mannheim is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
