If the purchase price is not paid in full within this period, the seller reserves the right to cancel the purchase contract.
The sale is only made to business customers as defined in § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The machine is sold with exclusion of liability for material defects. This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages arising from liability for material defects, which are based on a grossly negligent or intentional breach of the seller's or its vicarious agent's obligations, as well as in the event of injury to life, body and health. Any existing claims against third parties arising from liability for material defects are assigned to the buyer. Please understand that I cannot assume any liability for compliance with the safety regulations that may apply to you and are generally required for the sold machine and its components. Compliance with such safety regulations is the responsibility of the final operator.
All contracts concluded by me are exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mannheim is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
