Attention:
The original Siemens S7-200 CPU 224 PLC is missing (see picture control cabinet without PLC),
therefore, an automatic process is not possible in this condition.
The control system also managed the separations of the screws and controlled the screwdriver itself.

The vibratory bowl is fully functional even without the PLC, the built-in vibratory bowl controller does not require PLC control.

Process:
Fasteners are filled into the bowl in bulk and conveyed upward by mechanical vibration (micro-throw principle).
The vibratory bowl is automatically switched on or off depending on the fill level of the screw magazine.
The screw is then conveyed by compressed air through a plastic hose to the downstream device.
The feed impulse for each individual screw is triggered externally by the downstream device.
