Our "Starter" pallet wrapper is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper, perfect if you no longer want to wrap your pallets by hand or are looking for an affordable backup unit. Our Vogel Starter is probably the most cost-effective pallet wrapper made in Europe—and that, without compromising on quality.

Unlike our other pallet wrappers, the range of options for this model is very limited, as we specifically wanted a pallet wrapper that can be manufactured as economically as possible through maximum standardization while still covering a wide range of applications.

With the three available programs, you can set the speed of the film carriage and turntable, and select between cross-wrapping or upward wrapping only. Top and bottom wraps can also be stored in each program. The brake tension is easily adjusted via the mechanical film brake. Programs can be password-protected, so the operator can only select from pre-configured programs.

Weighing 280 kg, this model handles loads up to 1200 kg. Our Starter pallet wrappers feature a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2100 mm high as standard. Automatic pallet detection via photocell and adjustable top and bottom wraps are included as standard. If the wrapper needs to be relocated, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift thanks to integrated fork slots.
