Our Profiline TP is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper that guarantees consistently perfect results thanks to up to 32 programmable memory settings, effectively eliminating the 'human factor.'

With the electromagnetic brake, the film tension can be precisely set and saved for each stage (bottom wrapping, upward wrapping, top wrapping, downward wrapping) within the programs.

Within each program, you can also set the speed of the film carriage and the turntable. Similarly, top wraps, bottom wraps, and film overlap at the end of a pallet can be stored for every program. This allows you to save a dedicated program for each packing scheme, ensuring consistently optimal wrapping results. All programs can be password protected, allowing the operator to select only from the preconfigured options.

Weighing 420 kg, this model is designed for loads up to 1,200 kg.

The Profiline TP is equipped with a 1,650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,500 mm high as standard. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. If you need to relocate the wrapper, it can be easily lifted and moved by forklift using the integrated slots.

This model is our recommendation if you need a professional and robust pallet wrapper for higher volumes that also requires minimal floor space.
