Automatic FARMALINE packaging line with exceptionally precise dosing systems for liquids or dry products, interconnected by a shared module for labeling and packaging.
The entire process line is integrated via a single transport system, enabling alternate modes of operation.
Pharmaceutical-grade finish – all components in contact with the product are manufactured from materials approved for the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., AISI 316L, PTFE), ensuring easy cleaning.
100% in-process control using a detection and reject system at every production stage to remove defective items.
Integrated production management system (3 access levels, production orders, operating parameters, process reporting).
Operating speed in both modes: 25 packages/minute.

Top loading and subsequent portioning via 14 weighing cells, in which the system selects the cell combination that best matches the target product weight per cycle.
