OPERATING PROCESS

The multilayer packaging material is fed into the TETRA PAK A3 FLEX from a reel and passes through the sterilization system before being formed.
Subsequently, the material is transformed into a continuous tube through longitudinal sealing. The product, previously treated using a compatible UHT system, is introduced inside under aseptic conditions.

The machine performs the transverse sealing, cutting, and forming of the individual packages, producing hermetically sealed bricks ready for the next production stages.

The finished packages can be transferred to inspection, coding, capping, grouping, case packing, and palletizing systems.
