Mô tả
Sheet metal storage system, Stopa, 491 storage locations for sheet metal 1.30 x 2.50m and 1.50m x 3m, – used:
Price ex works: €65,000 (net), plus dismantling, etc.
Manufacturer: Stopa
Type: SLBS 3000 UL (Serial No. 93449)
Year of manufacture: 1993 / Modifications in 2013 (Retrofit) and 2019
Storage height: 6,400mm
Width (without attachments): Overall: 5.26m, Front: 5.17m
Length: approx. 60m
Sheet metal format Front: 1,300 x 2,500mm
Sheet metal format Overall: 1,500 x 3,000mm
Load capacity per pallet: 3,000kg
Storage locations Front: 359
Storage locations Overall: 132
No existing cassettes: to be clarified
35 towers / bays
Storage capacity: 1,473t
Over the years, various punching/laser cutting machines have been connected to this storage system, i.e. machines with an interface to the storage system.
Manual bending presses and deburring/grinding machines do not have an interface to the storage system. The loading and unloading stations are controlled via the storage management system and moved manually from the storage location to the desired position.
2013 > Retrofit modification:
4.1 Key aspects of this modification:
4.1.2 New main control panel with control computer
4.1.3 Data transmission to the stacker crane (RGB) via data light barrier
4.1.4 Lifting mechanism with two new Profi-Bus rotary encoders for height positioning, which monitor each other.
4.1.5 Encoder of the traverse for the telescopic fork was replaced with a Profibus-compatible rotary encoder
4.1.6 Control cabinet of the RGB was completely renewed
4.1.7 New circuit diagrams for the RGB and the I/O modules were created.
4.1.8 The safety technology was not changed
4.1.9 The speed of the axes (longitudinal travel, lifting mechanism, fork) was not changed.
4.1.10 The drives on the RGB and the controllers in the stationary RGB cabinet were converted to asynchronous servo motors with frequency converters.
5) 2015 > Connection of Trumpf L3030 to our distribution line 2
5.1.1 Key aspects of this modification:
5.1.2 Modification of station 4 and 6, loading and unloading side was swapped
5.1.3 Modification of safety interfaces of station 4 and 6 from 1 to 2-channel
5.1.4 Trumpf L3030 LiftMaster connection
6) 2017 > Order for Retrofit expansion concept, stage 1-3
6.1 Key aspects of expansion stages 1-3 (implemented by 08.2018)
6.1.2 Stage 1: Connection of the new TruLaser 3030 Loadmaster to VT 1 with modification of loading and unloading station 3 (Overall and Front) 6.1.3
Stage 2: Modification of the steel structure blocks from Front to Overall (28, 30, 32, 34, 36), relocation of stations 19 and 20 including update of the station control from Siemens S5 to S7 including 56 flat pallets Overall
6.1.4 Stage 3: Update of the station controls to Siemens S7 without VT1 and VT2

7) 2018 > Order for Retrofit expansion concept, stage 4-5
7.1 Key aspects of expansion stages 4-5 (planned implementation April – June 2019)
7.1.1 Stage 4:
7.1.2 Dismantling of the STOPA storage SBLS tower 1 and tower 2 (in-house work)
7.1.3 Modification of distribution line 1 and 2
7.1.4 New distribution trolley 1
7.1.5 New control for distribution line 1 and 2
7.1.6 Stage 5:
7.1.7 New storage management software STOPA WMS 4.0 DYNAMIC
The modification of expansion stages 4 – 5 will be carried out without any significant changes to the system and on the basis of the updated safety measures.
