The SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL is an automated vertical lift module designed for the efficient storage and retrieval of small parts based on the goods-to-person principle. It is characterized by high storage density and ergonomic ease of operation.

Functions and Advantages
Goods-to-person principle: The system automatically brings the requested tray to the access opening, minimizing walking distances for personnel.

Space optimization: The Logimat measures the height of the stored items and dynamically optimizes the storage height, resulting in very high storage density on a minimal footprint.

Ergonomics: The access opening (LOGI Gate) can be positioned at different height levels to ensure ergonomic retrieval. Optionally, the reach-in depth into the tray can be further reduced, which reduces the strain on the operator.

Software integration: The vertical lift module is equipped with a standard PLC control and can be integrated into customer-side WMS or ERP systems (such as SAP) via interfaces. The in-house software solution WAMAS® Logimat is also available.

Robustness: The system features two helical rack-and-pinion drives that ensure robust, precise, and reliable vertical transport of the tray, even with eccentric loading.
