Automatic extruder for the production of fibres, with the possibility of mixing in granulate raw materials and additives (sizing, stabilising, etc.).
Equipped with extruder screw with 100 mm diameter, 32 L/D barrier zone, hydraulically operated filter changer (for continuous operation) and 1000 mm width head unit (wide die).
Equipped with a cooling roller and a cutting unit for slitting film strips of the desired size to ensure the solidification of the produced film.
Heat-insertion stretching chamber between slow and fast running rollers for stretching the foil strips in 15 rounds.
The surface of the stretched foil strips is provided by a needle fibrillation unit.
The finished fibrillated film filaments are wound on a 16-unit automatic filament winding stand.
