The SIGNRACER 1610 is a reliable and versatile flatbed printer designed for industrial-grade production. Equipped with either Ricoh Gen.6 printheads, the printer offers excellent adhesion on various substrates, making it an ideal choice for printing on both dark and transparent surfaces in a single pass. Its LED UV curing system offers variable power levels and is air-cooled, providing a long lifespan and excellent performance. With its high-quality construction and advanced features, the SIGNRACER 1610 is a top choice for a range of industrial printing applications.

It is ideal for producing high-quality graphics on both dark and transparent surfaces with its White and Gloss inks, in addition to CMYK process colors. Its ability to print on rigid and flexible materials such as PVC boards, Aludibond, PS, PP, Acrylat, PET-G, and Glass makes it perfect for printing signs, displays, and exhibition graphics.

Ricoh's smaller drop print heads are suitable for special applications that require higher precision, such as watch faces and industrial components. Signracer also develops its own waveforms and inks, allowing for even higher print output and top quality at maximum printing speeds without compromise. This ensures a perfect match between our ink formulations and waveforms, especially in grayscale printing.
