Zalkin capping machines are designed for crimping aluminum screw caps (for carbonated and non-carbonated beverages). They can also be configured for the application of various types of aluminum or plastic closures (pre-sealed aluminum or plastic caps, screw-on or tamper-evident caps).

The SIDEL cap elevator/orientator combines three functions in one: lifting, orientation, and feeding. The system efficiently orients caps while optimizing footprint. The design allows orientation of caps from 20 mm to 120 mm in diameter, in plastic or metal, based on geometric shape.

Throughput reaches up to 2,000 caps/minute for standard formats and 1,000 caps/minute for sports-type caps. The cap feeder easily interfaces with the SIDEL cap air conveyor, eliminating the need for precise positioning of the unit.
