The STWC-600 is a fully professional, industrial dry breader designed for the automatic and continuous coating of food products with dry breading. This machine is a key component of "convenience food" production lines, working directly with formers and liquid breaders (which apply batter or dough). It is an ideal solution for the production of nuggets, cutlets, fish sticks, poultry wings, and vegetable-based and molded snacks.
The 600 mm working width of the mesh belt guarantees excellent throughput, allowing for smooth synchronization of the device with efficient frying or freezing tunnels.
Key features and operating principle:
- Full coating system (360°): The device evenly applies breading to all sides of the product. The bottom part of the product is coated by passing over the so-called "breading bed" on the belt, while the top and side sections receive a uniform flow of medium from the integrated curtain system.
- Recycling and breading saving system: The machine has a built-in internal transport system (e.g., screw conveyor or vertical conveyor) that collects excess unused breading from the lower trough and transports it back to the upper hopper, operating in a closed loop.
