For sale is a complete industrial heat treatment system consisting of 6 identical bogie hearth furnaces type HW150-3520-1100, including an integrated quenching system and complete central plant equipment.

The offered system represents a fully coordinated industrial production solution for demanding thermal processing applications. All six bogie hearth furnaces are of identical design, ensuring consistent process conditions, high operational availability, and excellent interchangeability of components.

The complete system includes not only the six high-performance bogie hearth furnaces but also the required central plant components and auxiliary systems, including burner systems, combustion air supply, exhaust gas extraction, temperature control and monitoring systems, as well as the complete furnace and bogie equipment.

With a rated heating capacity of 3,520 kW per furnace, an operating temperature range of up to 1,100 °C, and a maximum load capacity of up to 120,000 kg per furnace, this system provides a powerful solution for large-scale industrial heat treatment processes.
