RPE RPE-110

We offer this new RPE RPE-110 plastic/Cable/wood etc processing machine, year of construction 2025.
The machine is designed for efficient shredding of both soft and hard plastics. It can also process materials such as cardboard, paper and wood, making it a versatile solution for recycling and waste-processing applications.
The cutting rotor is fitted with 15 movable knives arranged in three rows, working together with 2 fixed knives mounted on the cutting chamber cover.
The cutting chamber can be opened easily, providing convenient access for inspection, cleaning and maintenance. This design also allows the cutting knives and screen to be replaced quickly. The knives can be sharpened and reused several times, helping to reduce operating costs.

The cutting chamber measures 500 mm in width and 370 mm in length. A 10 mm screen is supplied as standard, while a 6 mm screen is also available as an optional accessory.

The crusher is suitable for processing a wide range of materials, including:

Plastic bottles
Wooden boards
Various plastic products such as soles, strips, profiles, mouldings and film
Materials containing small amounts of metal, such as cables and electronic boards
Paper, cardboard and paper waste
Rubber products

With a rotor speed of 560 rpm, the machine is designed to minimize heat generation and prevent excessive melting of the processed material.

The powerful 11 kW motor, combined with the heavy-duty flywheel, provides sufficient power for processing demanding and hard plastic materials.

The machine can achieve a throughput of up to 650 kg/h, depending on the characteristics and type of material being processed.

A practical pull-out waste drawer allows the processed material to be removed quickly and conveniently. The drawer is fitted with four wheels for easier handling.

Easy access to the cutting chamber simplifies routine maintenance, inspection and knife replacement.

The machine is equipped with a main power switch, emergency stop and clearly arranged control panel. Safety systems are designed in accordance with the applicable EU safety requirements.

For optimum performance, the material introduced into the machine should be pre-cut or supplied in a suitable size. The appropriate input fraction depends on the type and characteristics of the material.

Safety and CE Certification

The crusher is CE certified.

Each opening/cover is fitted with a limit switch, preventing the machine from operating while the cutting chamber is open during maintenance or inspection.

Optional Equipment
