The REA JET HR printer is the most innovative high-resolution industrial marking system on the market. It utilizes proven Thermal Ink Jet (TIJ) technology found in millions of office printers. For the first time, achieve maintenance-free printing in your company.

The printer has no filters and does not require regular servicing; it is virtually maintenance-free and highly reliable. Only ink is used. Running and maintenance costs are significantly lower compared to conventional Ink Jet printers.

With a robust stainless steel housing (IP65 protection rating) and a thoughtfully designed printhead, the REA JET HR is suitable for unlimited industrial applications. Operation is intuitive thanks to a central rotary dial with push-button function.

Ideal for marking and printing on cartons, cardboard, outer packaging, wood, and paper. Especially recommended as a 'clean' printing technology for the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Controller
The controller is the central unit of the REA JET HR printer. High-quality workmanship with a robust stainless steel housing (IP65 protection).
The controller manages:
- Connections with REA JET HR print heads
- Functions as the central unit
- External communication interfaces: USB, RS232, Ethernet
- Operation, configuration, and data transfer from existing systems
- Ink level display and key print parameters

Marking head
Intelligent print head with built-in memory. The smart design of the print head offers the following tangible benefits:
- Compact size, only 176 mm in length
- Simple and convenient head cascading
- Reliable cartridge replacement process with a locking lever (automatic power off)
- Integrated product sensor
- Well-designed head mounting options
- The head can be mounted on a special parallelogram bracket, pressing it optimally to the product
- Data reading and transmission to the controller (ink level and print parameters)

Cartridge
REA JET offers over 100 types of ink in HP-TIJ cartridges, with the following key advantages:
- Each cartridge features a microchip
- The chip offers multiple important benefits: not only ink level and print parameter monitoring, but also numerous improvements for daily operation, ensuring high reliability and consistent print quality
- When a cartridge is changed (e.g., for a different product type), most relevant data is stored and automatically recalled when the cartridge is reused. This includes the remaining print count, preventing ink wastage.
