The Rühle SR 2 Turbo 2 is a semi-automatic, multi-functional dicing and strip-cutting machine designed for processing fresh and slightly frozen products.
This versatile machine can cut meat, poultry, cheese, fish, vegetables, and fruit into various shapes and sizes, including slices, strips, and cubes. It can also be used for grating products.
The cutting length is continuously adjustable from 0.5 mm to 32 mm, enabling flexible production. With a processing capacity of up to 3,000 kg/h, the machine is ideal for medium- to large-scale food manufacturers.
The slicer is equipped with a discharge conveyor, which automatically transports the processed product into a standard tote/bin. Its ergonomic design ensures safe and easy operation. The SR 2 allows users to store multiple cutting programs, which can be selected and changed quickly.
The machine is entirely manufactured from stainless steel.
